and book fees.

registration fee and
book fees are
non-refundable. |

A student is
considered
registered until
properly withdrawn.
To withdraw from (or
drop) a class, the
student must fill
out a change of
schedule form
complete with the
instructor's
signature. If the
student drops a
course after the
final date for
add/drop and prior
to the eleventh week
of the semester,
he/she will
automatically
receive a "W" grade
for the course. The
last day to drop a
class is published
in the
university calendar.
There is a $10
charge per change
for all schedule
changes beginning
the first day of
classes. Withdrawal
from class(es) does
not exempt a student
from payment of
tuition and fees.
Upon registration,
the student is
responsible for
tuition,
registration fee,
and book fees.
Tuition refund is
adjustable up to the
fifth week of class.
The registration fee
and book fees are
non-refundable.
The Change of
Schedule form along
